Working with dance studio owners is my passion! For 12 years, I lived my dream of building a sucessful studio from the ground up (Dreams Dance Academy).​ I created a brand for my studio that stood out. There is nothing I love more than creating, designing, and seeing a vision come to life. 

 

It was always a top priority of mine to ensure everything I put out was top notch, professional quality. Whether it was a social media post or a newsletter....or larger scale pieces such as a studio handbook. For years, studio owners would ask me to create or share templates after seeing pieces I created for my studio. So, here I am! I finally have the time to focus on this passion of mine and work one on one with studio owners and I couldn't be more excited.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

Please provide the following in one email once you've placed your order:

1) logo and website

2) Facebook and Instagram links

3) Link to current dress code or provide the text via word doc, Google doc, or in the body of the email

4) Link to current handbook or provide the text via Word doc, Google doc, or in the body of the email

5) OPTIONAL: Choose a few key items/topics for your newsletter template. Example: student birthdays, student of the month, important upcoming dates, etc.

6) OPTIONAL: Choose 4 items for your QR code poster. Example: Dress Code, Studio Handbook, Calendar, Website

Purchase a "New Season Starter Pack" and kick off your season on the right foot!  There are alot of templates out there for studio owners to purchase. But when it comes to these important pieces for your studio, it's important to have a look that is consistent with your brand and that is customized for your needs. These are items you will use for years to come as they can be easily edited year after year!

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Social Media Template (I create one social media image that you can easily edit throughout the year, to keep your look consistent) 

  • Studio Handbook (I plug in ALL of your info for you). Choose from 2 sizes, depending on if you will be using it digitally only and/or print. Up to 10 pages. Anything over that is $15 per page.

  • Newsletter Template (I create one for you that can easily be edited every month)

  • Dress Code Poster - 2 sizes (print on your own) 24x36 and 8.5x11 or requested size

  • QR Code Poster - 2 sizes (print on your own) 24x36 and 8.5x11 or requested size

 

All of the above are created in Canva and shared with you via Canva when completed. This gives you complete access to edit and use for years to come.​

OTHER NOTES

  • Must have a Canva account in order for you to open and edit the files (I can create one for you if you need help)

  • $200 due before work begins

  • $199 due when work is completed, but before all files are sent

  • Any edits billed at $45 hr. Otherwise edits can be made on your own in Canva. Files are provided with the intention of you replacing placeholder photos or text on your own.​​​

Recital Essentials pack

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

Please provide the following in one email once you've placed your order:

1) studio logo and website

2) recital logo and link to location of recital dates, location, etc. (or provide all recital info in email)

3) Link to recital handbook if you have one (it can be last year's) or send as an attachment

4) Link to last year's recital program (it can be last year's) or send as attachment

5) Your deadline (when do you need the items by)

6) Your additional item of choice

Purchase a "Recital Starter Pack" and start off recital season with a clean, consistent branding for your annual show!

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Recital Poster - An 11x17 poster to print and display at your recital throughout the lobby and theater. These are also great to sell at your info table or in the studio, or provide to every dancer as part of their participation.

  • Recital Magazine - This is an 8.5x11in document with all of your recital information that you'd put in a recital handbook - but in a more eye catching "magazine form" so parents are more likely to read it! Up to 10 pages. Anything over that is $15 per page. You can print it or just use the digital version. We plug in all of your info for you if it's provided. Otherwise, we create placeholders for all pertinent information based on our suggestions or topics you provide.

  • Recital Playbill - This is an 8.5x5.5in recital program. You can print it or just use the digital version. I plug in all of your info for you if it's provided. Otherwise, I create placeholders for all pertinent information based on our suggestions or topics you provide). If I am plugging in the copy, the finished product for this can be pushed back and the other materials provided when you need them in the Winter or Spring. I will send you the template I created when the other finished pieces are sent.

  • One additional item of your choice - "Cast" posters for your faculty (I create one for you to copy and plug in headshots for each staff member), QR code poster (with important recital links of your choice), social media template, or recital logo. 

 

All of the above are created in Canva and shared with you via Canva when completed. This gives you complete access to edit and use for years to come.​ If you don't have a recital logo or image yet, we can create that for you at an additional cost of $75 or as your additional item choice.

Pop-up camp planners

I personally found tremendous success with Pop-up camps (one time, 2-3 hour events) at my studio. During the pandemic years when enrollment was down, I put an even stronger focus on them as I truly realized what a beneficial, extra revenue generator they are. An ideal pop-up camp would consist of 25-30 attendees, and they didn't need to be members of the studio. It also proved to be a great marketing tool to generate new students!​
