I've been working with youth for over 25 years. In today's world, children feel so much pressure from a young age. Whether it's academic, social, or extracurricular. Many are struggling mentally and emotionally...or even just with their confidence and social skills.

For many years (especially after the pandemic) I noticed there was an increased need for youth empowerment workshops and something I wasn't sure existed to the general public. Beside me doing these exercises with my own students for many years (even before I owned my own dance school), I knew SO many more kids could benefit from it. And I wanted the opportunity to guide and encourage more than just my students.

I wanted to create workshops to help set kids up for success. To help them build confidence. To teach them how to set goals, AND achieve them. The follow through doesn't come without guidance. I want to teach them the principles they need for not only success, but how to live a confident life. ​

As a certified trainer in The Success Principles, founded by Jack Canfield, I am passionate about not only encouraging adults to live their dream out loud...but empowering and teaching youth how to have the confidence and skills to achieve their dreams. Imagine if every adult would have had these tools as a child? It is my hope to provide our youth with the necessary tools for a happy, successful life...that they can carry into their adult life. Proper start...successful future.

My training and certifications combined with my experience in teaching and leading youth (including creating a Leadership Academy within my dance studio), inspired me to create Paving a Path to Success.
We offer private workshops for youth groups, schools, and teams (ages 6-18) as well as ones that are open to the public. Scroll below to learn more.

Paving a Path to Success
Paving a Path to Success is offered as a 3 hour, 4 hour, or 5 1/2 hour workshop. The 4 hour and 5 1/2 hour can be split up into two days if preferred (whether consecutive or within a few weeks - we don't suggest any longer than two weeks). The 5 1/2 hour includes a 30 minute snack/meal break.

While we don't want to give out all of our secrets publicly and the specific exercises we incorporate (that are life changing for many!), here are some of the areas we cover. Every workshop may vary depending on the specific needs of the group as well as the length of the workshop.

Goal setting (short term and long term), and the steps to take to achieve those goals

For private workshops (teams, youth groups, schools, etc) workshops are customized for the specific age bracket, as well as any specific group needs or issues the coach/group leader would like us to cover.

​Sunday November 17, 6:00-8:00pm. The "Come as You'll Be Party" (see below) for attendees from all of the above workshops. THIS IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED AND INCREDIBLY BENEFICIAL! Additional $15 fee. Parents are invited at the end portion, too! Details and invitation provided at end of your above workshop. ​​​​​
Add on: A "Come as You'll Be" Party
The Come as You'll Be Party is a fun, exciting experience for Paving a Path to Success participants to show up as who they will be in 10 years, 15 years, or 20 years (depending on their age). They are taking the goals and dreams they've set in the workshop...and envisioning it coming true. If you dress and act the part....you are so much more likely to achieve the part. Visualization and manifestation WORKS!

When you spend a few hours playing the role of who you want to be when you're older...you lay down a powerful blueprint in your mind that will later support you in achieving success. And being around like minded people who are encouraging and supporting you is so important, too.

Depending on the specific workshop, you will arrive (and dress!) as who you will be 10, 15, or 20 years from now. Talk about the goals you've achieved and all your dreams that have come true. Bring props to show what you've achieved. And most importantly....throughout the party, you'll have the opportunity to applaud others in their achievements! ​​​

Our parties will be done on a more "formal" scale from the above sample. Anyone attending will be required to "dress the part." We will also have snacks, drinks, and a red carpet!
RATES FOR "COME AS YOU'LL BE" ADD ON PARTY​
​Come as You'll Be Parties must be held on a separate day from a workshop. We suggest no longer than a few weeks in between the workshop and party.
